Aging into Autumn

The aging process has been super challenging for me these past couple years. I feel like things went into hyper-speed with my aging through the pandemic. It’s been a dark space of sadness & pain for me these past couple years. 

With the new year, I was inspired to cultivate some joy into my life as healing balm…and that meant creating art!
